RESPONSIBILITIES | PROJECTS | INTANGIBLES | REFERENCES | QUOTES, PROPS AND ACCOLADES

PRIMARY WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list is some of the ways that my day-to-day tasks have gained steam in regards to our group’s greater accomplishments.

  • seeing entire graphics package designs through - from concept to the close of delivery and maintenance once delivered

  • on-site graphics management for tentpole events such as NBA all-star and NCAA final four

  • contextual understanding of how graphics elements are implemented in the landscape of the sports broadcast (both linear and digital)

  • cinematography/directing location shoots including (but not limited to) camera operation and drone photography oversight

  • represent DVFX for any requested presentations both within WM studios and outside (SVG for example)

  • testing and implementation support for move from mac to PC among D/VFX crew

  • working with 3rd party design groups to art-direct multiple new package designs simultaneously

  • assisting project managers with organization of tasks necessary for our team through use of tracking software such as shotgrid

  • essential part of the hiring process, training process and integration of new hires both full-time and freelance

  • problem solving under short turn-around, high-pressure situations

  • orchestrating delivery/usage of new package design with both studio and remote production crews

NOTEWORTHY PROJECTS:

COLLECTION OF SIGNIFICANt PROJECTS FROM THE LAST YEAR THAT ILLUSTRATE THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT WAS delivered AND REALLY HOW GOOD EVERYTHING LOOKED. ALL OF THESE PROJECTS WERE ACCOMPLISHMENTS THAT WERE CHAMPIONED BY OUR PARTNER TURNER SPORTS.

INTANGIBLES:

positive attributes that i bring to the table that may extend beyond PQ requirements but still provide contributions to our team. in the sports world this would be the equivalent of a baseball player being referred to as a “locker room guy” for his/her ballclub.

  • a leader to the group through example

  • participation in Studios X panel interviewing SCOTT SEIVER of Tenacious D

  • integral part of smaller group culture presence

  • proud, encouraging and supporting factor for diversity and inclusion
